很抱歉这么晚才来交作业，整整迟到了三年。我这个人是有了目标一鼓作气，然后＂得手＂后，也就是找到工作后就懈怠了，所以才有了这篇迟到的作业。

在老大卫同学的帮助下，顺利的３个月拿到了２个OFFER，真的是幸运。现在３年过去了，再回头看看当时的自己，也很佩服当时的冲劲。

第一个OFFER是家美国公司，做AP，３MONTH CONTRACT，有潜在转成PERMERNENT 的可能性，是中介介绍的。
很巧的是我那时正好每周都去教堂，我拿到OFFER的那天，碰到了教堂的一个朋友。我很高兴的告诉她，我找到工作了。
她问是什么公司啊，我说是某某公司，她惊讶的张大了嘴巴："那就是我公司啊！"
我感慨，这个世界真小。我详细地向她询问公司，这位朋友真的很好，甚至告诉我她们公司的CODE OF ACCOUNTING是如何组成的，现在想想也很温暖。

但是当我问到我是什么样人的REPLACEMENT，她意味深长的看了我一眼说，那人在这位置上已经做了１０年。
我本来很有底气的心一凉，做１０年的AP都可以做成精了，我新来澳洲，还不熟悉这边职场规则，我怕很难应付。
因为公司很大，在费用审核方面需要和很多人打交道，很容易得罪人的工作啊。

但是我也没有别的选择，还沉浸在找到工作的喜悦之中，究竟能否顺利TAKE JOB还没有仔细多想。
那时正是圣诞节期间，12月２４号那天我准备去教堂唱圣诞歌了，这时候，电话响了，另１个OFFER来了。

这是个澳洲的中小规模的公司，是个PERMERNENT的职位，TITLE：FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT。

我很HAPPY的答应了，因为这正是我想做的工作。

经验：

1.找工作最好全职投入找，不要边打工边找。
2.自信的展示最好的自己，面试前必须上网RESEARCH要见的公司。
3. 不要放弃，你最终一定会找到工作。
4. 找工作很容易灰心失望，多和朋友沟通。

就是这么多了，希望同学们都找到喜欢的工作。

这就是我的作业，可以上一些面试问题：
What attracts you to a career with xxcompany?

How do you see your skills, experience and personal qualities contributing to the work of xxx company  and our objectives over the next five of years?

How do you think that you might fit into this company?

How do you establish a working relationship with new people?

Where do you expect to be in 5 years time?

What particular skills and qualities do you think you bring and what other skills would you like to develop in the future?

Tell me about a challenging situation you have faced, what was the situation and how did you cope?

Is there an achievement of which you are particularly proud?  What is it, and why is it significant?

What are the key elements of measuring performance and how can you establish whether an outcome represents success?

More specifically, what do you think might be some indicators of success with xxx company?

You have demonstrated in your CV that you have knowledge in the fields of finance, accounting, budgeting and developing financial models – can you expand on your experience and tell us what you think your strengths are in these fields?

You have also demonstrated in your CV that you have the knowledge of tax effective offshore investment structures.  Can you talk a little about this and propose how you would address xxx company corporate and personal tax issues?

The ability to work across numerous projects is essential to this position. Can you give us some examples where you’ve worked across multiple projects?

What experience do you have in contract negotiation and management?

A key part of the job will involve liaising with our clients. This requires a delivery of information in a simple and precise manner.  How confident do you feel you are in delivering sometimes complex information in a simple manner?

As you know xxx company  are hoping to design and implement company wide accessibility of financial information and financial synergy between multiple projects.  

-        What financial programs are you familiar with and more specifically, what programs would you recommend use and why?

-        Give examples of where you have applied the use of these programs?
