Congrats!
In addition to salary, you should get at least 9% of the annual salary as your superannuation(super) contribution. The super here is normally in a super fund/bank account and the money is used for investment until you retire. Normally you cannot withdraw the super until you retire (age requirement), but you can control the money, i.e. where it go, what to invest in etc. The super will normally come with a life insurance option as well so you can choose to purchase life insurance with your super fund.
And you should have annual leave (20 working days mostly) and sick leave (5 days in first year mostly) entitlement if you are a full time permanent employee. If you are a contractor, then you don't get any leave entitlement and your salary is worked out by hours.
Other benefits and bonuses are optional depending soly on individual companies. Some may offer to pay all/part of private health insurance, or car/travel allowances or bonuses.
Good luck with it all!
