租房子的问题

我现在住在墨尔本姑姑家，想自己找房子了。有稳定的工作，但都是晚上上班。想找一间一居室的房子，我有车，交通不成问题，同志们能给些建议吗？

我因为晚上上班，白天休息，和租是不是不方便啊？还有，是通过中介还是自己找呢？

楼主住哪个区，我也在找房，可能的话可以一起take一个2 bed room的小house.现在找房真TMD困难

刚签了房，一室一厅，是我们递的第一个申请。我们是从中介租的。
经验是：尽量准备好你的申请材料。我们提供的包括：以前租房的协议，payment history,previous electricity,landline account, bank statements, previous pay slip, copy of passport, copy of medicare card, two references.在申请表上是看不到这些要求，可是你要证明：1。 你有能力pay rent. 2.你有很好的信用。

first search either domain.com.au or  realestate.com.au, then go for inspection. If there is no inspection time on website, u can always ask the realstate agent to make an appointment for u.
Then if u r satisfied with the house, then fill the application form and attach all ur supporting information along with it.

唉，偶才来两个礼拜，上班也才1周，信用卡，驾照，账单，租房记录统统没有。也不知道能不能从中介处租到房，实在不行只好去租中文报上的群租房。4-5个人住一起，虽然便宜，但普遍脏乱。
