I don't think there is any dilemma for you.  To be or not to be, you don't even want to make a choice.  

Don't you think you have played hard in some inappropriate role as an abnormal person in a reasonable world of drama.  Wake up! Quit the role! And be a man!

已经说了国内的工作早就辞职,回去已经没有空缺,而且年龄大了不少,不是你那么简单地说回去就回去.
