We are looking for a "Mechanical Engineer" experienced in Building Services. As you are involved in the building industry, I was wondering whether "you or someone you know" would be interested in the above position. Our client is a young & vibrant organisation, experiencing exciting growth and gaining extensive popularity via a unique delivery of niche' Turnkey services. It has a national presence and is one of the industries leaders in the building services sector, providing innovative and creative solutions and designs to an ever-growing number of clients. It provides a full suite of building services engineering in house: including Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fire, Vertical Transportation and Environmental. They place a large amount of emphasis on their culture to ensure it is not compromised. They are very particular in the staff they employ.
Our client requires the services of an experienced Mechanical Engineer. Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Engineering Experience: At least five (5) years in local building services with tenancy experience. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Positive, dynamic personality. They must enjoy engineering and have a level of career ambition. Must be well presented. Have excellent communication skills, both written & presentation skills. Have great attitude and ability to work to deadlines. Must be well presented and comfortable interacting with their clients. Salary package of up to $80K (depending upon experience) will be provided for the successful applicant.
