UNSW针对新移民读master的英语要求

今天看到了UNSW针对新移民的英语要求，我特摘录了其中一段供大家参考:
Residency (postgraduate cousework or research programs only)
Applicants from a non-English speaking background who have met the academic requirements for admission and lived in Australia, or other predominantly English-speaking country, for a period of 5 years or more immediately prior to the commencement of the program at UNSW are deemed to have satisfied the requirements.

Applicants will be asked to provide proof of residency before an offer will be issued.



So as my understanding, PR can be exempted from IELTS requirement if he/she wants to start a postgraduate program at UNSW!

我感觉不行，这是说需要你申请上学前的5年，你在学英语才行，一般pr已经工作了。

只要你能提供一些东西给学校，证明你目前英语综合能力胜任大学学习就可以免IELTS！
规定是死的，学校里的人是活的，但目的一致，要证明你的英语能力。
