This email confirms receipt on the above date by the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre (ASPC) of your application for an offshore Skilled - Independent Regional (SIR) (Provisional) visa (Class UX, subclass 495). The following family members are also included in your application:

The ASPC requires certified copies of all requested documents. A certified copy is a copy of the document that is certified as being a true copy by a person authorised to do so under Australian or foreign law. All Australian missions overseas have the facility to certify documents although this service may attract a charge.
Persons authorised to certify copies in Australia include (but are no limited to) a:
� Justice of the Peace
� Pharmacist
� Solicitor
� Nurse
� Police Officer
� Registered medical practitioner
� Bank manager
� Postal manager
Documents in languages other than English should be accompanied by an English translation. In Australia the translation should be undertaken by a translator accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI). Failure to do so may significantly impact upon the ability of the ASPC to process this application. Translations provided by non-accredited translators overseas should be endorsed by the translator with their full name, address and telephone number and details of their qualifications and experience in the language being translated.
Certified copies of all requested documents should be sent directly to the ASPC at the following address:

Alternatively, certified copies of documents may be scanned and submitted electronically to the ASPC. To do so you will need to access the Document Attachment Facility by use of your Transaction Reference Number and password. The Document Attachment Facility can be accessed on the Department's website at www.immi.gov.au/e_visa
All posted/scanned documents must be accompanied by a cover sheet that includes the following details:
Transaction Reference Number
Permission Request ID Number (located at the top of this email)
Family Name
Given Name
Date of Birth
Passport Number
Passport Country
Applicants are advised to maintain in their records the original and certified copy of any document that is sent to the ASPC, as the ASPC may request hard copies of these documents at a later date.
Section 62 of the Migration Act 1958 provides that if an applicant for a visa is invited to give additional information or to comment on information and does not do so before the time for giving it has passed, a decision to grant or refuse the visa may be made without taking any further action to obtain the additional information or comments.
Regulation 2.15 of the Migration Regulations 1994 provides a time limit of 28 days after the date of this email for you to submit the documents previously listed. If you do not respond within this timeframe, the ASPC may proceed to decide this application on the basis of the available information.
However, to facilitate the processing of your application, you are requested to provide evidence in support of declarations made in the lodgement of this application within 14 days of the date of this email.
CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES
If any of your circumstances change, such that any answer in your application or information given to DIAC is no longer correct, you must inform DIAC in writing as soon as practicable. You can complete and return Form 1022 - Notification of change of circumstances (which can be downloaded from www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1022.pdf) to the ASPC at the above postal address or email written advice to the ASPC at eGSM.aspc@immi.gov.au.
You must continue to do this until a decision is made on your application (or, in the case of a visa granted outside Australia, until your travel to Australia and are immigration cleared).
Please note that a visa may be refused or cancelled if information you give to DIAC is incorrect or if you fail to advise DIAC that some information is no longer correct.
PROGRESS OF YOUR APPLICATION
You may track progress of your application by using your Transaction Record Number (TRN) to access the Online Visa Enquiry Facility. This can be located on the Department's website at www.immi.gov.au/e_visa This Facility will allow you to confirm the status of each document requested i.e. whether it has been received by the department or is still outstanding.
Any new documents requested will also be recorded on the Online Visa Enquiry Facility. You should therefore regularly check this Facility to ensure that all requested documents have been submitted. A decision to grant your visa cannot be made until all requested documents are received.
