短登不办三大项（TN, medicare, bank account)，将来会有什么麻烦

短期之内还不准备长登澳洲，并且因为工作原因，近期没有办法长时间休假，所以考虑到澳洲短登玩一圈儿就回来。但从别的贴子发现如果第一次登陆时不把税号，银行账户和medicare card办好，将来长登时会很麻烦。但具体会有什么麻烦？那位移友能给详细解释一下？多谢！

好象除了银行帐号以后申请要求较多以外，其他都可以以后长等时申请。可以翻翻以前的帖子。

短登除了这三项，驾驶执照有影响吗？以后长登时还可以用三个月的翻译件吗？转L牌是否要增加考试项目？

北京和上海有anz银行的分行，不知道能不能开澳洲本地账户？先开一个澳洲本地账户的话，不但办手续的事儿解决了，而且带钱也不用担心现金额度问题，汇款过去即方便，汇率上也好一些，而且手续费好像也比汇票要少一些。日本的anz分行是有这项服务的，不知道有人用过类似的方法没有。
