They are looking for a person with the following skill set/experience: 
IBM Pseries hardware and architecture 
AIX 5.2 and Logical Partitions on IBM Pseries hardware 
Hardware Management Console for the IBM p650 machines. 
AIX System Administration. 
SAN hardware configuration (preferably EMC) 
Configuration of SAN switches. 
Disaster recovery using the SAN in fail-over scenarios. 
Project planning and documentation
