很多人都知道加国，澳洲有技术移民，其实英国也有，check the following points criteria。 <br>
<br>Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) - UK Green Card <br>
<br>The UK government operates a programme to allow individuals to seek entry to work in the United Kingdom without having a prior offer of employment. <br>
<br>The HSMP aims to provide an individual route for highly skilled persons who have the skills and experience required by the United Kingdom to compete in the global economy. <br>
<br>For a successful application you will need to provide evidence that you score 75 points or more in the categories set out below and demonstrate that you will be able to continue your career in the United Kingdom. Please note that you do not have to score points in all categories to qualify under the programme, as long as you score at total of at least 75 points. You will need to show that you can support yourself and your family in the UK without using public funds during your stay. Please note that this is a requirement for both entry and extension of stay under HSMP. <br>
<br>Points Criteria: <br>
<br>You need a total of 65 points, which can be earned in the following way <br>
<br>1) Young Person Assessment - 5 points <br>
<br>You will gain these points if you are still under 28 years of age the day that the application under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme is received: <br>
<br>Under 28 years of age: 5 points <br>
<br>28 years of age or over: 0 points <br>
<br>2) Qualifications. <br>
<br>You will gain points as follows: <br>
<br>Bachelors degree - 15 points <br>
<br>Masters degree - 25 points <br>
<br>Doctoral degree - 30 points <br>
<br>Vocational and Professional Qualifications - Based on Equivalency to above UK Qualifications <br>
<br>3) Relevant work experience <br>
<br>28 years of age and over <br>
<br>At least 5 years work experience in a graduate level job - 25 points <br>
<br>A PhD and at least 3 years work experience in a graduate level job - 25 points <br>
<br>At least 5 years work experience in a graduate level job including senior or specialist level work experience for two years - 35 points <br>
<br>At least 10 years work experience in a graduate level job including senior or specialist level work experience for 5 years - 50 points <br>
<br>Under 28 years of age <br>
<br>2 years work experience in a ‘graduate level’ job - you don’t have to have been a graduate at the time, but the job must be one that would usually require a graduate - 25 points <br>
<br>4 years work experience in a graduate level job - 35 points <br>
4 years work experience in a graduate level job including senior or specialist level work experience for 1 year - 50 points <br><br>4) Earning power <br>
<br>This is linked to your country of residence (earnings do not include passive investment income but do usually include dividends from a company if you work for it or have founded it). Your earnings should not include passive investment income, but could include income from a company that you founded or work for. You will see further details of the points score for each income level and Country Category below: <br>
<br>Country Code A Including Germany, France, Singapore, USA, Canada, Australia, Bermuda, Israel, Japan, South Korea <br>
