We are seeking an IT  Support Engineer to join our team in Sydney.
This opportunity would suit a diverse IT Support Engineer with a solid understanding of Network, IT room maintenance/CCTV System, UPS System . The role will offer you technical depth and versatility. We will require you to be able to lead the internal customer's management and technical staff on all topics relating to IT system support.
  
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for an or several office all  IT infrastructure and maintenance， such as:  Network（WAN、LAN、WIFI、Line purchase and payment）、IT room（Air-condition、UPS、 Electric power、CCTV、door access control、fire control） , Video Conference devices and  setup new office（Network、IT room 、CCTV、door access control、canteen、Video Conference room）.
•Responsible for helpdesk support and troubleshooting, assemble and handle computer/laptop/network/server/eprint/wireless projecter related problems in terms of hardware and software.
•Responsible monitoring, evaluation, demand analysis, program design, planning and budgeting, organization, implementation, operation and maintenance for IT Business Office environment or operation.
•Responsible the data analysis of the daily operation and maintenance conditions of infrastructure bottlenecks and potential problems in timely manner and corrective feedback, thus to ensure SLA compliance.
•Responsible for improving customer satisfaction and office productivity, daily optimization and improvement
Essential skills required are:
•With a minimum of High. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or its equivalent.
•With a minimum of three years working experience in the similar field.
•Excellent knowledge and experience of  Network, IT room maintenance/CCTV System, UPS System and Security Door Access System, Windows Server and related build up server room.
•CCNP certification holder is preferable.
•Should be local citizens or holding relevant residence status.
•Great at Troubleshooter, Committed, Responsible, Data Analsys, Team Spirit , Customer-Oriented, prioritising and multitasking.
