Front of house Manager

A great opportunity for experienced trained front of house manager to work in a great team environment for a new and upcoming licensed Chinese restaurant in Sutherland Shire area. With two overwhelmingly successful outlets now operating we are now embarking on opening our new dining restaurant soon.
As the Front of House Manager you will be running Front of House operation, be required to drive sales and control costs, while maintaining a high standard of food, service and health and safety.
Essential Criteria
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast paced restaurant
• Current RSA certificate
• Highest level customer service standards
• Experience in all areas including cashier, host desk, bartender, waiter
• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• Ability to work closely & efficiently with internal departments
• Good knowledge of the food & beverage industry, including workplace health and safety
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experienced in problem solving
• Full availability required
• Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin and or Cantonese)
• A current driver license is preferred but not essential
