首先，
Application Process (http://www.vetassess.com.au/Skills-Assessment-for-Migration/Chinese-Qualifications-Verification/Application-Process)的第一条：Gather the required documents说：
All identity, qualification and employment documents need to be submitted as colour scans of certified copies, or, if you are submitting the documents via post, as certified copies of original documents. A full list of the documents we require to process your application is detailed on the Required Documents page.
大概说所有的身份类、资格证书类、和雇佣类文件，都需要certified认证版本的彩色扫描件。。。
接着，
在Required Documents那一页（http://www.vetassess.com.au/Skills-Assessment-for-Migration/Chinese-Qualifications-Verification/Required-Documents），又说：
...Documents must be colour scanned from the original document. Identification documents (e.g passport bio-page) are required to be colour scanned from the notarial certificates or properly certified copies
Scanned documents must be in the following formats: JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF and PNG with a file size of 2MB or less. Note that PDF files or zip files cannot be accepted.
这里大概说文件必须是原件的彩色扫描件，而身份类文件才需要cerfified的彩色扫描件。。。
这，到底哪些需要certify，哪些可不不certify呢？
话说回来，certify究竟如何操作呢?直接去派出所找任意一位警察苏苏？这在他们的工作范围内么？？o(╯□╰)o
