We currently have a permanent career opportunity for an experienced DOORS professional to join our Business Improvement & Tools Team in the Melbourne CBD.
About the role:
In this role you will be working within the Tools Team providing administrative support and technical guidance on the use of the DOORS application as required by the project and business. The DOORS Administrator will be the primary contact for assistance and resolution of DOORS issues along with the development of DOORS delivery to projects. The DOORS Administrator provides key input to the successful delivery of project activities through the effective and efficient use of the DOORS application.
Key responsibilities:
•Administration of a DOORS 9.3 platform utilising the Requirements Management Framework.
•Working with the project to ensure a consistent and efficient platform.
•Mapping of project specific implementations to the Production standards.
•Working with the Tools’ team to ensure required mapping of users to Domain Controllers and providing a consistent approach to solutions.
Key skills and experience:
•Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
•Experience in providing administrative support for DOORS Server Database and DOORS Server Client.
•Experience with VM Infrastructure, Redhat Linux and Windows Server 2003/8 is desirable but not essential.
•Strong planning and organisational skills including demonstrated personal initiative and manage multiple and competing demands.
•Attention to detail and outcomes focused.
