前几天帮朋友发过一个卖沙发的广告，在freeoz, gumtree, tradingpost, yiyi都发了，骗子是从tradingpost回复我的广告，我收到邮件通知原文如下
Buyer's Name: M.James
Buyer's Email: donmoniess1@gmail.com
Buyer's Phone: 0448882843
Buyer's Location: Darwin Mc, NT 822
Buyer's Message: Hi mate, Is your Ads still up for sales ? Pls reply with your price.
注意：居然从Darwin买沙发？骗子的征兆。
但是我还是回复了，继续看看
回复如下:
Good Day,
The sofa is available. The price is $150 for self pick-up.
If you’re living near Melbourne city, I can arrange a delivery with additional $xx delivery charge.
Please let me know if you are still interested, mate.

Great reading from you. I believe you must have buyer's interested in the purchase. I would have loved to come for inspection personally and pay cash but, due to nature of my job i will not be able to come for inspection,am a very busy type as i work long hours everyday on ship for the next 2Month,i have gone through your advertisement and i am happy to complete the sales with you..:
To start with,I have a private courier that will come for the pick up after the payment have been made. As for the payment..i will be paying you via the fastest and secure way to pay online(PayPal)...
PayPal is my best payment option cos Its reliable and easy to use. I insisted on PayPal because i don't have access to give my private courier cash also i don't have internet banking or bank cheque, but i can pay from my PayPal account, as i have my bank a/c attached to it... You can get the setup registration www.paypal.com.au. And i will only need your PayPal email address and name to proceed with the sales...

+ Fastest? Paypal对卖家从来都不fastest. Secure? 碰到你这样的就不secure了。

+跟考雅思一样，碰到never,only基本都错。见到insisted on Paypal第一反应就是骗子。

+ 难道你的paypal只连到saving account用来收款而已吗？这样还敢上trading post买东西。

I can only pay through paypal at the moment as i dont have access to my bank account online(i dont have internet banking with it), but i have it attached to my paypal account, and this is why i insisted on using paypal to pay,all i will need is your paypal email address to make the payments and and how much are you giving it away for me, and if you dont have a paypal account yet, you can set one log on to http://www.paypal.com.au it cant take you less than 3mins to do that, i will be expecting your paypal email so l can pay. I have a pick up agent that will come for the pick up after payments has been sorted, l will be waiting for your reply asap..."

不了解的同学注意了，Paypal常见骗术是这样的。
1. 骗子假意回复对卖家的物品感兴趣。
2. 卖家说好啊，当面交易或给你寄过去都可以。
3. 骗子找各种理由拒绝见面，说找人帮取，而且坚持只接受用paypal付款。
4. 买家一心软，说好吧，但必须打款到帐后才能来取。
5. 卖家说没问题，我这就打款。
6. 买家不一会收到Paypal寄来的到账通知。谨慎的卖家会担心是不是伪造的paypal通知，再上网查帐确实到了。买家觉得放心了，说收到款了，你让人来取货吧。
7. 卖家的马仔出动将货取走。
8. 隔日卖家收到买家投诉，说没有买过这件物品，是有人盗用他的账户。Paypal一查，确有其事。骗子用盗用的paypal账户付款，而卖家又没有证据证明买家已经收货，打进paypal的钱又被paypal划走了，损失一笔。
这里面关键注意两点。
第一，实物交易的话，买家通过paypal付款之后，钱虽然到账，但仍属于冻结状态，必须等买家确认收货之后，钱才解冻。所以没有证据买家签收的话，买家一投诉，你就有风险。
第二，据第一条，快递必须要自己安排，除非客人亲自上门，绝不接受买家自己安排的快递。
