Supervisor
A qualified supervisor must observe you undertake the activities (detailed in item 4). The supervisor must:-
• Be employed in a food business in a supervisory role (eg, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Bistro Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager etc). AND
• Hold a nationally recognised statement of attainment in any of the following units:
o Use Hygienic Food Practices for Food Safety (SITXFSA101) OR
o Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices (SITXFSA201) OR
o Follow Workplace Hygiene (SITXOHS002A)
