刚刚通过了 food safety supervisor 的 online course。 拿证需要另一个supervisor 签名，以证明我已经知晓食品安全注意事项。

客服说 可以在咖啡店 快餐店 饭店 餐厅等地找一个有资格的人签字就行了。

布村有没有哪位同学自己开餐饮的？  帮个忙吧。付费也可。

需要相关资质
Supervisor
A qualified supervisor must observe you undertake the activities (detailed in item 4). The supervisor must:-
• Be employed in a food business in a supervisory role (eg, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Bistro Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager etc). AND
• Hold a nationally recognised statement of attainment in any of the following units:
o Use Hygienic Food Practices for Food Safety (SITXFSA101) OR
o Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices (SITXFSA201) OR
o Follow Workplace Hygiene (SITXOHS002A)
