A 17-year-old who posed as a doctor is now behind bars because he could not stop pretending to be a health worker.
The teenager has previously pleaded guilty to offences related to his "treatment" of a 12-year-old Adelaide girl who fell off her scooter in January.
But while on bail he has continued his life as a fake health worker.
The teenager has reportedly been seen in hospitals wearing a name badge and reading patients' notes.

He has also posed as a Salvation Army officer.
At his home police allegedly found a Salvation Army uniform, an emergency technician badge, a digital thermometer, gloves and a jacket with a paramedic badge.
Prosecutor Sergeant Robert Binnekamp said the youth also had a receipt for an online purchase of a stethoscope in which the purchaser was recorded as "Dr", then the boy's name.
The teenager also allegedly carried a business card with his name and "nurse and first responder" on it.
The screensaver on his computer had a picture of an identify card with his name on it, as well as "health care professional" and an expiry date of December 31, 2015, the prosecutor told Adelaide Youth Court.
In revoking his bail on Thursday, Judge Kelvin Prescott ordered the teenager not to attend any medical facility and barred him from having any medical equipment or anything which may identify him as a member of the emergency services.
The teenager's lawyer Jane Bockmann said her client was extremely vulnerable, had suffered significant trauma in his life and may have mental health issues.
The case was adjourned to June 27.
