"You agree to insure and keep insured any property

tempest, and other extraneous risks and for an
amount at least equal to the full replacement cost
of any building or other improvements on the
property insured. The insurer and the terms and
conditions of the policy must be acceptable to the
Bank and the Bank must be named on the policy
as an insured."
Your solictor will receive the notice from the bank, then your solictor will inform the seller's solictor.
After they talk to each other, they will decide a date and time for your settlement, and book this time with the bank.
Normally at the afternoon on your settlement day. But it can be changed due to some reason, so it would be better to keep chasing up with your solictor to confirm the settlement time, you can book the removal and cleanning accordingly.
Your solictor will call you when it is ready and hand you the key.
You will receive your water rate bill and council rate bill in July or August if you are in Gold Coast.
