I apply for the account with Everyday smart access account. The service from bank is perfect

Requirement:
1. passport
2. my rent agreement
3. TFN(tax file No): if you haven't currently, you can add later (it's better to have one, since it's about money)

After finishing, i got:
  1. Client No for netBank  and password
  2. Account Number
  3. Account Holder's Name
  4. SWIFT code
  5. Bank name: (Commonwealth Bank of Australia)

What I need to do next:
  1. add TFN onto the account when I got TFN done
  2. the Card will be sent to my address, and I need to activate, then I can use the card
