Suspension of certifications under Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme from 8 June 2012

Due to the changes being implemented by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC), current certification arrangements are only valid to 30 June 2012.  Skilled Migration Western Australia (SMWA) is receiving an increasing number of applications each day for certification of positions under Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS).  For this reason SMWA will not be able to accept applications for RSMS certification for the whole of June.

Applications for certifications of positions under RSMS will be accepted until 5.00pm, Friday 8 June 2012.

Applications for certification of positions under RSMS will not be accepted after this time, until further notice.
Please refer to the website for up-to-date application processing times.
SMWA only assesses the employer who is nominating the position, appointment or vacancy on DIAC Form 1054.
SMWA certifies RSMS nominations made by employers.  It is the responsibility of the nominee to remain lawfully in Australia while awaiting the outcome of a visa application.

是的，针对475 Regional Sponsored的，176应该不受影响。

我觉得只是针对RSMS 计划的，记得这个财年提到过是偏远地区并且有雇主担保的一个快速受理项目。我理解是不包括洲政府担保的475在内的。
但是，一切要尽快！能赶在6月8号提交的就不要拖到5PM 以后了。

雇主担保在7.1以后是要合并类别的，所以只是暂时的关闭过度吧。以后一样是有雇主担保，不愁PR 的。
