南澳担保online填写中，section D 中关于licensing的要求如何填？

大家好，我也是准备申请南澳的176，DBA，但在 Section D: Nominated occupation & Associated IELTS 里，Are there any licensing or registration requirements for the occupation of Database Administrator in South Australia? 这个问题有点没有头绪，页面说明里说如果对这个问题不清楚，可以去 http://www.immi.gov.au/asri/ 看看，去看了，里面关于这个registration的部分又说是 Contact the local authority in your relevant state or territory to enquire about the licensing or registration requirements， 这不是又把皮球踢回来了吗？

又去查看了南澳关于技能认证的网站，http://www.skills.sa.gov.au/, 里面也只是很笼统的提了可以认证，没说哪些必须要认啊？
