针对提前提交的问题，我分别找了4段，应该可以凑齐比较完整的描述。供大家参考，提交EOI的时候要小心。
1.重点：提交完整的EOI时必须满足评分；
In order to submit a complete EOI you must meet the points test pass mark. Your complete EOI will then be ranked on the basis of your claims against points test factors. Invitations will be issued to those who achieve the highest rankings, subject to the operation of the occupational ceiling.
2.重点：分数不到可以提交EOI，但是提交了也没用，不会有邀请提交Visa申请的信。我的理解，此时的EOI信息为incomplete的信息。
For the points based skilled migration programs, such as the independent skilled program, you will be ranked according to the appropriate points test. You will be able to submit an EOI even if you do not meet the pass mark; however, you will not be invited to apply for a visa. For information about how to calculate the points test, visit the points test webpage.

Incomplete EOIs will also be stored for two years, but will not be eligible to receive an invitation. EOIs that do not comply with the terms and conditions of SkillSelect can be removed by the department at any time. You will be asked to read and agree to the terms and conditions when you register for a SkillSelect account.
3.你收到提交VISA邀请的申请信后，如果你的申请里的分数低于你在EOI里的分数，你基本就会被直接拒了，就算你的申请分数高于通过分数（例如现在的65分）也不行。（因为EOI是根据分数排序的。）但是遇到这种情况你可以不提交申请，修改自己的EOI，等着下次的邀请信。
If you receive an invitation to apply, and you claim fewer points in your application than in your EOI, your visa may be refused even if you are able to pass the points test or meet other threshold criteria. If you receive an invitation and your points have decreased or your personal information is not accurate, you do not have to proceed to make an application. You should correct your EOI and wait to receive another invitation.
4.EOI如果选中了你，在邀请你提交签证申请的时候是自动更新你的年龄的，但是其他情况需要自己更新。而且计算时间是按照你被邀请提交签证申请的年龄。这就是EOI对年龄的态度：提交EOI没用，提交签证的时候才算。
EOIs remain active in SkillSelect for two years. During the time from when you submit your EOI to when you receive an invitation or your EOI ceases, information about your attributes and skills may change. SkillSelect will automatically calculate any changes to your age up to the period you are invited. However, for other factors, such as if you upgrade you English proficiency, you will need to enter this new information into SkillSelect. Further information on updating your EOI is available on the SkillSelect website.
