hi, I have a two-bedrooms apartment in southbank (cross river from Melbourne CDB). This home includes all the living facilities. You can move in on the day you arrive. The building is 24*7 security apartment block, with full facilited gym, swimming pool, tennis court and outdoor area. The location is right in the central of melbourne, and close to public transports, schools, shops, markets, restaurants. It is quieter than the CDB for living!
