申请工作，有这样一个问题：Which qualities do you feel constitute exceptional service? Can you describe a situation where you feel you have displayed these qualities?

this question is quite formal to find out what is your best satisfied yourself. so it just ask you:
Do you have any qualities that can deliver excellent service if needed, can you describe situation when you have used this qualities?
