雅思口语的评分，官方给出了四个方面：流利、词汇、语法和语音，请问是四项取最小评分还是四项平均算分。
Wit regard to the oral test of IELTS, the official has published 4 elements to be considered in the assessment of final grade, namely: fluency, lexical resources, grammer and pronounciation. What I am not sure is, does the lowest element soly or average point contributes to the final grade?
