好像区别不大，我一直做软件测试方面的工作，都不知道申请哪个好了。。。。

261314 Software Tester Back to top
软件测试。针对Software本身的功能和安全性进行测试。

263213 ICT Systems Test Engineer Back
系统测试，包含软件安装、硬件环境或任何Software以外影响系统运行的测试。范围较大，包含Software tester的一些工作，但不需要做对Software做详细的测试。

如果Software比作引擎，System比作汽车的话，Software tester就是测试引擎的；System test engineer是测试汽车的，他得测一下引擎的基本功能（但用不着像引擎生产厂家那样详细测试引擎），以及汽车的其它功能。

俺是261313 software engineer，是读说明理解的，仅供参考。

这个说来话长了  你先确定自己现在的状态   雅思 ok ？  各种材料 ok ？  然后在研究 175 还是176  175的话 你要抓紧了 。。。

This occupation has a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
