关于VIC博士豁免雅思4个7的问题

本人2007年非澳洲学校博士毕业，已经超过5年了，职业在VIC担保列表上。现在很困惑，我到底算phD可以4个6申请担保呢，还是必须4个7？

现在有争论，有人说VIC的phD graduates必须满足5年内毕业的才行，不需要工作经验，也只要求雅思4个6

也有人说，5年内毕业这一要求只是为了给毕业不足5年的博士生免除工作经验的一个优待，所有博士毕业生（包括毕业5年以上的）都可以参照雅思4个6的标准。

到底应该怎样正确解读呢，求版主和诸位大牛解惑！！！谢谢！！

楼主啥职业，我理解的应该是五年内毕业的才满足这个4个6的要求。并且不需要工作经验。

我按照研发工程师申请的，工作内容也偏电子。现在4个7象座大山，怎么也跨不过去啊。

我刚刚交了vic担保申请，不是phd的，也不是很了解了。你可以给他们发邮件问问试试，一般都回的

你的职业要求雅思4个6就行了么，看你平均分挺高的。写过信了，也回了，特别官方，就是把官网上的东西又给我贴了一遍，所以才过来求助的。

5年内毕业的博士才能走PhD pathway（4个六，免经验），超过五年就要走正常路线。

我的职业就要4个6，五年经验。你的职业要是需要4个7，那就加油吧，一定行

If you are an international student or recent graduate, refer to the State Nomination Occupation List for Graduates in Victoria.

PhD Graduates  6.0 in each band
PhD graduates who have completed a doctorate (from an Australian educational institution or other doctorate from an international institution, of a recognised standard as assessed by the relevant skill assessing authority) in a specialist field relating to an occupation on this, the State Nomination Occupation List for Victoria, within the past five years. PhD graduates are not required to meet any work experience requirements specified for their nominated occupation.

PhD Graduates  6.0 in each band

应该是5年内毕业的博士才能申请，不管是维州之外的博士，还是维州的博士都有5年限制。不过维州的博士好啊，不受职业限制，任意CSOL上的职业都可以申请。维州之外的博士就受到职业限制了，并且大大受限，直奔都是些基础学科和医学。

你好，我看到您是获得QLD的担保，然后去了墨尔本，这样会有问题么？求解

正解是需要过去5年内博士毕业，才可以免工作经验，四个6即可。

可以去任何地方，但签证期限内必须在QLD呆满两年
