PR想申请NSW的full dirver license,国内驾龄超过3年。打算2010年9月登陆悉尼。去年6月短登过，所以超过了最初3个月的驾照有效期。看到RTA网站上

Proof of NSW residential address

When you want to get a NSW driver licence, driving instructor licence, or NSW Photo Card, or when establishing or transferring a vehicle registration, you need to provide proof of your current residential address. If none of your proof of identity documents show your current NSW address, you must produce one of the following documents showing your current NSW address:

    * A current certificate of registration issued by the RTA.
    * A licence or registration renewal notice for the coming period issued by the RTA.
    * A contract of sale, lease arrangement or rental receipt for your place of residence up to two years old.

In the case of vehicle registration, this policy does not apply to company addresses.

那是不是说，最初2年内没法拿到Proof of NSW residence address

有银行对账单或其他账单就可以了，你只有提供不了这些才会需要你下面列的这些
