求助：关于form 47P

不好意思再次求助关于form 47P

我的E175的Document Checklist里面Require form 47P, 47P的Instructions 里面写
2．Print form 47P.
4．Complete the form in English (where appropriate).
5．Forward the completed form and any requested documents to the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre within 28 days from the date you lodged your application.

那个form 47P就是关于无犯罪证明的解释呀，也就是说我去公证完无犯罪证明上传就可以了，不需要再填什么表格了吧？还有说要在lodged your application 后面28天就要给Adelaide吗？不是说要等CO通知再去开证明吗？我的E175可是08年3月就lodge了，可是一直想等分到CO再去开无犯罪证明，早过了28天了，会有什么问题吗？

超过28天也没事，现在都不管这个了。
