说明一下：

我希望有人一起去合租，并非现在已经租好房子，家具什么都有。如果是签新的合同，通常是空房，房子的价钱，位置，状况等可以去www.realestate.com.au查询，将来租房子也是从这里找，如果找华人的房子（一套）价钱并不会比西人中介便宜。
