买房后打算买房子的保险，大家可有推荐~~~

想买全保的那种，保天灾啥的，比如洪水啊，地震，砸冰雹啥的~~看布里斯班洪水后，好像有些保险公司不给赔偿，说是投保的时候洪水还分两种？

我在perth。

通常的只保Flash Flooding。 24小时内的保。

全保Flooding的公司很少。因为风险很大。
RACV 好像有全保。可是不保布村。

This is a bit complicated. 米板。
2 types:
1) House only
You name a price you think that House worth if rebuild. Excluding the land.
2) House + stuff
Stuff included
>> electronic stuff—TV, wash machine, etc
>>jewel, watch, diamond ring, etc
>>deposit box (if u keep cash in it)

They will ask for the receipt for all the above if possible.

If you choose number 1, depend on the price you named between 500-1k per yr.

If you choose number 2, roughly 1k-2k for the normal one.

谢谢大家啊，看来我只需要 number 1的，我说的全保可能没表述清楚，就是保天灾和人为的不小心的一些破坏啥的。

家里没钱没首饰，呵呵，对我来说最值钱的是我宝宝，哈哈~~保险也是买个放心。

安联的，保洪水，地震之类的吗？
