这是真的要分CO了吗？

最近工作很忙，竟然漏掉了DIAC的邮件，这是一封Noreply的邮件，3月18号发的，我今天才看到，该死。
邮件前面的内容如下。
I am writing to advise that yourapplication will soon be allocated to a case officer forassessment.

Under the Priority Processing arrangements for General SkilledMigration the highest priority is given to Priority Group 2 -applications from people who are nominated by a state or territorygovernment agency with a nominated occupation that is specified onthat state or territory's state migration plan.

Processing of Priority Group 2 applications is such they are nowbeing allocated to a case officer to be assessed within a fortnightof receipt of their State/ Territory nomination form (Form1100).

Subsequently, processing has recommenced on Priority Group 3applications in date of lodgement order within this prioritygrouping.

Your application hasbeen determined as Priority Group 3. The Department anticipates that your applicationwill be allocated to a case officer for assessment within threemonths from the date of this letter. Applications that are complete are likely to be finalised more quickly.

后面还提示我的申请人可以做体检和完成form80了。

我想问有经验的童鞋，这封邮件是否提示我真的要在3个月内分CO给我了？还是这个只是DIAC系统自动发的邮件？我是2010年12月初Elodge的。按照大家的反馈的经验，这个等待的时间好像太短了吧？
