维州卖方必须提供S32，S32上有第1，3项，我的过户师做了title search，还给我注册了一个caveat，最终收费469
如果你也在维州，拿到S32后多看看overlay有哪些，然后咨询你的过户师吧

vic的section 32应该提供lz所说的信息。
我自己另外跟city council查了一下，跟中介提供的信息没有误差。另外还拿到这房子上一次过户的复印件，我顺便知道了卖家能赚多少钱  大约花费几十刀吧
