1) 申请费
2) 无犯罪记录(在澳大利亚,可能也要中国的)
3) 英语要求
4) 专业知识, 通过一个课程或一个考试.
Ａ>　completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice at The Australian National University, Griffith University, Murdoch University or Victoria University AND passed the common assessment items relating to registration, which form part of the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice at those same universities. OR
Ｂ＞completed a formal course or self directed study in migration law and procedure before 15 July 2006 AND passed the MAPKE Examination. The last MAPKE Examination was held on 15 July 2006. The results for the MAPKE Examination are valid for twelve months from the date you are first notified of your results.

另外，是否还是要重新考过雅思，之前为移民的应该过期了吧

有人去大学上一门课通过后拿到证书,有人参加培训班后考试过后,有人买本资料自学后去参加考试过后拿证书.看各人自己的喜好. 不是ITLES, 是关于移民方面法律,法规知识的专业考试.

现在必须参加指定的课程学习，通过考试拿到diploma,再通过mara的考试，就可以申请代理资格了。
代理资格每年年审一次。
