有一段话 不太明白 有懂的人能帮我看看么
Patio
The patio is timber-framed and adequately fixed to the house. It is covered. It is not adequately supported with no signs of sagging and movement.
The post support brackets are only bolted to the concrete block paving slabs and are not fitted to footings.
The patio requires an engineer’s inspection to determine the size of the required footings. Check council approval for the patio.
然后最后有一段说的是
Structural Defects
The house is considered structurally sound however the pergola is not structurally sound.
It requires an engineer’s design for footings to the post stirrups and possible council approval prior to installing the footings.
Significant Defects
The house does not have significant defects however the pergola does have a significant defect.
It requires an engineer’s design for footings to the post stirrups and possible council approval prior to installing the footings.
