Mandarin Technical Support, Customer Service & Sales - up to $60K
Are you looking to accelerate your IT career with an Award-winning Global technology business, known for it's amazing work culture?
We are currently looking for a motivated, ambitious individual to join our client's User Services Group. You must be energetic and customer-focused, and possess technical and business aptitude.
You will provide customer service and technical support to our existing end users and trial users for our client's suite of products.
You should have at least one year of customer service, technical support and/or sales experience or recent and relevant training.
There are MANY opportunities for career growth in numerous areas of the company, both here in Australia and Overseas.
Skills/Requirements
Fluent English & MANDARIN language spoken & written skills.
Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written)
Previous sales and/or service experience in a fast-paced phone environment
Ability to work flexible hours and possible weekends
Previous help desk experience a plus
Knowledge of DNS, Routing, Internet security concepts, OSX, Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000, or Microsoft certification(s) a plus
Knowledge of mobile platforms (Windows Mobile, iPhone, Blackberry, Android, Symbian) a plus
Foreign Language is a Plus |
