每周的工作时间不能少于30个小时。每周有30个小时或以上的工作时间，就可以被认定为全职工作；
This is incorrect. On GOV website, it's said that

The Australian Bureau of Statistics defines a 'full time position' as one in which employment is normally for 35 hours a week. There may be some occupations, however, where full time employment is for less than 35 hours a week. If this is the case for your occupation then you must provide details.
Any employment that is less than 30 hours a week will not be regarded as full time. However, you are allowed to work in up to two (2) concurrent part time jobs to meet the one (1) year (35 hours a week) full time work requirement.

其次说明下,我后来听SA的一位朋友也说了这个问题,自雇不需要有营业额的要求
也就是说亏损都米有问题

但是最好也顺便挣点生活费呵呵两全其美
