不知道大家是否碰到过这个叫Charlotte AGYEMAN-MANU的CO。
我申请的187边远地区雇主担保,之前regional certifying body已经批准了提名,2月20-25号期间,陆续把所有资料都递交了,elodge了。
本来以为哪天DIBP联系的补料的时候,应该是直接要我的working experience certificate之类的,没想到今天收到邮件,要求雇主递交more information regarding application for Nomination under the Regional
Employer Nomination。
我把具体的一些要求贴在下面,大家帮忙看看。
Documents required
The following documentation, information or action is required to process your nomination
under the Regional Employer Nomination:
Establish that there is a need for an employee (that is, that there is a genuine vacancy for
the nominated position)
If there is a vacancy in the regular ongoing business activity of your business/
organisation, please provide:
• an outline of the goods or services produced by the business/organisation and how the
position contributes to maintaining or enhancing the volume and/or quality of these outputs
(this may include detailed and quantifiable plans for future expansion); and
One or more of the following, as applicable:
• evidence that the position has existed and been previously occupied but has become
vacant through attrition
• evidence that the position is currently occupied by a temporary resident
• evidence of an increase in business activity (example new contracts won) requiring
persons in the nominated occupation
• evidence of overtime work or increase in overtime work for employees currently in the
nominated occupation.
If your business/organisation is diversifying, please provide:
• evidence of appropriate market research
• business plans detailing proposed expansion and timelines
• financial budgets covering expenditure and anticipated revenue
• evidence of availability of funding (such as, own funds or bank loans)
• availability of business premises (evidence of lease or purchase of proposed location)
• evidence of lease or purchase of equipment (such as barber's chairs)
Evidence of operating in Australia
To demonstrate that your business/organisation is actively operating in Australia, please
provide combination of the following documentation.
An established business/organisation may provide:
• Business Activity Statements (BAS)
• lease agreements or property ownership relating to business/organisation’s premises
第二到四条,雇主应该都可以提供。
但是第一条中• evidence that the position has existed and been previously occupied but has become vacant through attrition,• evidence that the position is currently occupied by a temporary resident,如果这个职位是新设立的,原先雇主自己在做题目的这个职位的这些事情,现在雇主年纪大了,想从国内找个人帮他打理,等于就是这个职位是新设立的,不知道这个怎么能比较合理的解释。。。
