关于罚单的疑问

出了traffic accident，收到罚单
上面写的offence是
When turning right from continuing road fail to give way to oncoming traffic


在这个NOTICE的背面有一个 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Demerit Points and Penalties for this offence
Demerit Points IF APPLICABLE TO this offence are recorded at the time one of the following occurs:
(1) When this Traffic Infringement Notice is paid
(2) When the Fines Enforcement Registrar makes an order after you have failed to take required any action in respect of this Traffic Infrinment Notice.
(3) When the matter has been heard by a court and a finding of guilty has been declared and penalty pronounced.

PROBATIONARY LICENCE HOLDERS
If you are the holder of a probationary driver's licence and the offence in one of driving without due care and attention (careless driving) or NO Motor Driver's Licence(expired) AND you are still on probation at the time of the three things mentioned above occurs then automatically by law your driver's licence is cancelled under the provisions of section 51 of the Road Traffic Act. You are also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver's licence for a period of three (3) months from the date of any of the above occurrences.
什么叫careless driving？ 所有的违章都是因为粗心引起的啊

P牌不叫probationary driver licence，叫provisional driver licence。

Probationary是指那些比如分扣完了，1年不能犯错，犯错就吊销的驾照。

请问官方网页上有这个Probationary的解释吗？

如果是一年不能犯错，犯错就吊销的，那也不用单独强调这一点吧。

另外，“自动”吊销是什么意思？

难道都没人通知吗？

你暂时不用担心，除非你已经是probationary driver licence 了。

刚看了一下西澳的规定，p1驾照扣分超过四分包括四分，吊销驾照，P2是七分。看楼主原来的帖子，感觉刚拿牌不久，应该是P1，不知道你这要扣几分，自己查查吧，祝好运。

单子上写的扣3分，之前无扣过分。

我是担心是否被默认为careless driving而自动吊销。。

那就没啥好担心的。P牌只有超速会被自动吊销，Probationary driver license不是P牌。

你问交通局得把具体情况都讲清楚，如果人家还说一样，那你问他P牌和一年不能犯错的驾照啥区别，如果讲没区别那你直接可以无视对方的话了。
