  gallon, an American word.
People in Australia use litres.

百度了一下:
1 US gallon = 3.78541178 liters   1 UK gallon = 4.54609 liters

看来还是用升比较容易.

I was told that a US'gallon was smaller than 1 UK's.
Many years ago Australians had gallon but it's the UK's one.
Well, I was lazy enough not to find out of the actual numbers.

Tried to catch up with all the posts that have been made in the column in my absence. Failed.
( I have to carry the duty of being the moderator on and on... Hope someone taking the role off me shortly so that I can have an annual leave, long service leave, you name it....)
Let me put it in short: nice to see you people(don't like the word 'guys' - personal preference only)and I'm very proud of all of you.

lol haaa, they know so much about their dogs.
They know it's harder to let old dogs learn. On the other hand, their kids don't learn much in the current education system. What some of the parents worry about is don't put too much pressure on their kids.
