我在CBD被撞车人跑了

警察说没有CAMERA

但是我发现有

But we found there is a camera right at the hook turn area

So I have to doubt what the police told me. I wonder why they could not find a camera there. Vic government told the public there is one. I feel that insufficient efforts were put into my case.
