Brisbane CBD - Accounts Assistant - 2 months contract - possible to extend
Report directly to Business Operations Manager

* Assisting in the preparation of General Ledger, bookkeeping and filing
* Accounts Payable (AP) / Receivable (AR) processing - SO, PO, invoices and bills preparation
* Monthly billings for the company - training course invoicing, consulting invoicing and product invoicing

* Assisting in the preparation of Month End Financial reports - month end P&L, collections report and un-paid report
* Responding to any client or financial related enquiries'

* Assisting in commercial projects - Replicon timesheet reporting and project based financial reporting
* Updating of customer relationship management (CRM) database

This career role will see you contributing to the full financial cycle of "quote to invoicing" and "requisition to payment", preparing monthly reports and accounts through to Trial Balance. Reporting straight through to the management you will become an integral and valued contributing member. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex accounting procedures in simple terms are essential.  You will perform well independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.

Candidates' background
A past background in consulting industry will be well regarded however is not essential. Previous experience within a similar role will be highly regarded as well as a minimum of 3 years solid accounting experience.  Applications are invited from candidates holding relevant tertiary qualificationsand highly-developed computer literacy (especially Microsoft Excel).

在city早晨8.30-10.00有个商店清洁15.4块/时。给1.5小时的钱，一般45分钟就能做完，非常容易。
        晚上办公室清洁15块/小时，给3小时的钱。
