1. where I grow up from a graduate -> 应该用过去式grew
2. As the time goes by -> 去掉the，as time goes by是固定俗语
3. I become conscious that it is gradually more and more difficult for me to make some progress -> 太冗长了，重复用词太多。I realised that it gave me less and less career development space. I'd like to use "I realised that it was difficult for me to make further progress."
4. it only took me not more than two weeks to get an offer from a satisfactory firm. -> not 改为no, or 改为it only took me less than two weeks. satisfactory: good or good enough for a particular need or purpose. Satisfactory is really not proper here. however , a native English speaker suggest "a firm that I am satisfied with." he just said he preferred to that.
satisfying: making you feel pleased by providing what you need or want.
Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary.)
I think it is a greater platform which ecnourages innovation and creativity.how careful are you ! YOU RULE!
innovation
[countable]        a new idea, method, or invention
[uncountable]        the introduction of new ideas or methods: actually , i never knew the subtle difference about this word.

Your comments would be highly appreciated.
Dear Jack,
I am really glad that you and your family are coming to visit me. I am writing to give you some information about your upcoming trip.
As far as the accommodation is concerned, you don’t have to worry about it at all. My house is big enough to accommodate all of you. My parents would be more than happy if you could stay at my home with us.
As you may know, there are so many fascinating tourist attractions in this city, and it would take you lots of time if you visit them in turn. Actually, you have to visit them all. Some places of interest are just similar. Below are some places that you couldn’t miss, the Badaling Great Wall, the Bird’s Nest and the Summer Palace.
By the way, it is summer in the city. You had better avoid any outings at noons, as it could be rather hot. Anyway the night view of the city in summer is also wonderful.
Hope you enjoy your trip and I look forward to seeing you soon.
With love,

Thanks in advance for your comment!

TASK1
You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken,
Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter
-describe the problem with the equipment
-explain what happened when you phoned the shop
-say what you would like the manager to do

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring an issue to your attention. It is about a microwave oven, which I bought in your shop not more than a month ago. It worked well at first, but two week later, it didn’t work somehow.
I had contacted the customer service center. A man told me that he would arrange for someone to come and check the machine within 48 hours. However, three days went by, no one had shown up. As a result, I made a call to the service center again. This time I was promised that an operator would certainly come to solve my problem within 24 hours. To my disappointment, two days had passed, and I had heard nothing so far.
So, I would like to make a refund as I am really dissatisfied with the service your shop had provided. I demand that this matter should be resolved within 48 hours. If I still can not see any steps taken from your shop, I have to resort to law.

Yours faithfully,
Mr. Smith
