我是惠普控，基本上全部电脑产品都是惠普的，很有兴趣，可惜没有合适的位置。。。

Job Description

This HP Technology Consultant position provides Software Distribution, Virus & Vulnerability services across predominantly Windows environments.


You will be responsible for:

    Maintaining and Updating Software Distribution tools, Workplace Services Management tools and Virus Management tools
    Virus/Security Incident Management
    Provide 2nd/3rd level support across multiple distributed environments
    Be proactive by identifying inefficiencies in the operation of the team with the objective of improving the quality of the working environment
    Contribute to the on-going development and maintenance of all software distribution documentation in line with the agreed quality standards
    Assist in identifying tool enhancements
    Identify and rectify technical 'barriers' to successful remote management
    Complete daily operations checklists
    Maintain security when required in accordance with defined standards

Desired Skills & Experience

Essential Requirements:

    Proven experience supporting medium-large LAN Server environments
    Proven experience in Server Health Checking
    An understanding of LAN/WAN protocols and services; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WINS although not necessarily physical or Network layers
    Proven experience in System Maintenance (including O/S patching and updates)
    Operational knowledge of Software distribution using standard corporate tools
    Support competency with various server configurations (Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows 2008, Virus containment, detection and repair)
    Operational knowledge of software distribution using standard corporate tools including SCCM, SMS
    Experience with McAfee
    Having a high level of interaction with management teams, clients, vendors and partners, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication and skills.

These positions may require candidates to work a 24 x 7 shift rotation, for which there will be additional remuneration.

The ability to obtain government security clearances is a requirement for this role.
