不过，话说回来这封信我还是满意的除了他没有明确告诉我还要多少天才有最后结果，但是他的回答至少让我知道了真正被耽搁的原因，也许我真的不走运，只好等了！
on 26 August 2009 you lodged a complaint with the Global Feedback Unit
regarding the processing time of your application for a Skilled Regional
Sponsored (VF 475) visa.
Your complaint was forwarded to me for a response.
You lodged your visa application on 17 March 2009, and it was allocated to
a case officer on 3 April 2009. The current priority processing
arrangements relate to fast allocation of applications, and not necessarily
to shorter processing times once allocated. Your application was allocated
as a priority, and is now undergoing standard processing procedures.
Each visa application is assessed on its own merits, and processing times
can vary, depending on individual circumstances. There is no maximum time
frame in which applications are finalised. Once all requirements are met,
case officers will move to finalisations as quickly as possible. If further
checks or assessment are required to verify claims made by applicants, the
processing will continue until the case officer is satisfied that the
applicants meet the visa requirements.
Your application continues to undergo standard processing procedures, and
your case officer will be in contact with you once she has further reviewed
all documents you have submitted.
However, there has been a delay of the processing of your application as a
result of the reduction of the migration program. The processing centre
underwent a considerable restructure, which meant that a large number of
applications had to be allocated to new case officers. This does not mean,
however, that the application needed to be completely re-assessed. Your new
case officer worked forward from the point where the last case officer
ended their involvement in the application.
I would like to apologise for the delay caused by the restructure of the
processing centre.
I am not in a position to give you a clear timeframe in which your
application may be finalised. This will depend on further analysis and
assessment of your claims and documents. However, I can assure you that
your application is under active consideration, and that you will receive
further information form your case officer as soon as it is available.
