what you say is theoriclly correct, but when put to practice, if you want to emphasize the importance of rules, may I ask, what if the current zht team doesn't care of the current rules, i.e. doing nothing to preparing the next election? <br>

the only answer is nothing.<br>

because nothing really matters, if the rules were not applied. volunteers won't have the obligations to do the job, no mention to do the job in the right manner.<br>

that's the point why the rules doesn't work so well here, for it doesn't really matter if people don't care, obligations can't be applied to volunteers so we need something else, to ensure people would have the passion, or, to ensure if one lost the passion, someone else has the passion would take the job.<br>

at the same time, if you are waiting for such a perfect system to come, it will never ever come for the long lasting debate and even arguments would discourage people greatly. so, practically, do something at least, is way better than doing nothing but waiting for a perfect one to come.<br>

believe me, i do value something as you valued, but nothing comes without a cost justification and practicle consideration.. |
