如何确保每张照片都锐利超清

Settings:

Shutter Speed
Focus

Scenarios:

Still Subject
Moving Subject

Still Subject:

Shutter Speed = 1/ (1~3 times your focal length minimum)

For example:
16 mm = 1/16 sec minimum
200 mm = 1/200x3 = 1/600 sec minimum

Autofocus Single (AF-S)
Manual

Moving Subject:

Shutter Speed = 1/400 sec or faster (The larger and faster your subject moves through the frame, the faster the shutter speed you need)
Autofocus Continuous (AF-C)

Red: White clipping
Yellow: Just below white clipping

Pink: One stop over 18% gray
Green: 18% gray (medium gray)

Blue: Just above black clipping
Purple: Black clipping

其它免费的视频编辑软件我还真没有什么经验，我做视频以来，一直都是使用达芬奇，目前使用是其收费正式版。欢迎其他朋友上来提供建议。谢谢。

Real Estate Photography

1. Shoot at aperture priority mode
2. F8
3. ISO 400 or ISO 800
4. Bracketing (-4, -1, 2)
5. 2 second delay
6. Grids on
7. Long focal length for the exterior (35~70 mm~100 mm)
8. Exterior shots (Front, 3/4 Corner, Entrance)
9. Focus on the fact that you are selling a house
10. Built-in: Doors, Doorway, Window, Bookshelves, Fireplace, Staircase
11. Always includes 3 walls and 2 corners in every shot
12. Always shoot in order
13. Make sure that the camera is dead center between ceiling and floor to avoid distortion
14. If the ceiling has decorations in it, we need to make sure it take more space in the frame
15. Kitchen is the most important selling feature of the house
16. Don't see the bottom of the upper cabinets in the frame
17. Toilet is down
18. When shooting handheld, bump your ISO to 1600
