6月TZ没见过的查询回复。我这是要背调吗？这个回复是啥意思？

7月1日凌晨发的查询，今天收到的回复，移民局现在速度倒是快，但是怎么看怎么感觉不妙啊：

Thank you for your e-mail about your visa application under Australia’s General Skilled Migration program.  I can confirm that this application is under active consideration at this time. However, due to the processing requirements of the ASPC, this application not yet been allocated to a Case Officer.  You may be aware that the assessment of all applications involves both internal process and possible liaison with external agencies. These procedures take time and can occur in any order throughout the application process regardless of whether a Case Officer is allocated to the file. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

请大家帮忙分析一下，我FN132***，本来以为应该要分到VO了，结果怎么是这么一个查询回复呢？

说还没分CO，但是已经拿出来在准备审理了。是好消息，还说不是所有的案子都需要分CO才准签的，什么都有可能。
就是让你耐心等待呀。

这个是什么意思？

最怕的就是这个 possible liaison with external agencies. 而且还在后面加上一句These procedures take time and can occur in any order throughout the application process regardless of whether a Case Officer is allocated to the file.  这不明显说不分VO也可能背调吗？（不是说没有VO也可能准签，签证是一定要VO决定的，只不过有的人不知道VO罢了）
我是6月签收的，因为6月18号有FN131***的tz分到VO了，我还在想再怎么着半个月过去了132***的应该也差不多了，谁知道是这么一个回复？

现在贝雕时间跟是否分VO关系不密切，LZ可以准备贝雕了

就是说有可能只通过内部处理，如果有必要也要采用外部协助调查的手段来处理（比如和大使馆联系之类的）
但是人家都说的是有可能，LZ还是少安毋躁，耐心等待。

问题不在于possible， 在于回复里暗示的意思。而且以前从来没有人收到回复说背调有可能在没有VO的情况下进行的。

lz要与时俱进，新时期新情况，现在8月签收的ACS疯狂贝雕难道都分VO了么
“以前从来没有人收到回复说背调有可能在没有VO的情况下进行的”那仅仅是指以前，现在就不一定了

我是指查询回复里的说明。谁都知道8月的背调啦，所以更担心自己的回复是在暗示要背调啊。
