I know Autralia follows Britain format and spelling. But, I get used to American English spelling, say, "organize" ("organise"). Is it a problem to use American English spelling in formal documents? Any comments? Thanks in advance.

我比较讨厌wps对日期输入的自动完成，都是“年－月－日”这种格式，还总需要手动修改。

You should not use American style English, especially in business environment, some may think you are not local
