２０００块的工资对于工程师来说会不会让移民局难以相信？

偶老姐工作近２０年了，可是工资加上奖金只有２０００块。最近她得到了ACS的评估，结果是network engineer。现在就是很担心，如果递交这样的工资单，移民局会不会因为老姐工资太低而不相信她的工作经历。有没有类似经验的筒子来说说。怎么做材料才能让人更加信服呢？我知道以前坛子上有个会计就是因为工资太低，让人无法相信被据了。不过她是赚几百块。

注明，姐的情况是真实的，真的是工程师，就这么点钱。有合同，税单，工资单。

没事的，不低于1500元人民币每月，基本上没事。

中国就这犊子样，移民局也不是不知道。

现在申请签证都需要提供工资单和税单吗?
我申请的时候只提供了工作经历公证和推荐信


PS:只要你姐是真实情况,就不用担心,快背调的时候一定要跟HR和部门经理以及推荐人事先说好

我的工资单更惨，每月就2000多的钱，几险几金的一扣就剩100多了，奖金是另外发到工资卡里 工资单上体现不出来 不过合同和税单都有的 都不想提供工资单

工科毕业生低于1500的工作也很多啊，那怎么办，难道会被怀疑？

如果实际收入超过工资，因为奖金这一块不体现出来，那应该在推荐信里写出来的吧。
推荐信里要求有收入情况说明的。

你如果是在北京，上海，深圳之类的城市 =〉你的老板简直不是人而是一只 leech！
你如果是在小城市 =〉你的老板够狠，购咸，大器不成小气有加。

My skill assessment was done and resulted positively in Aug 2008 thr ACS (computing professional).
I just submitted resume + employer's references + 3 project description + one award certificate for one of the projects.

I didn't send them any pay slip or income tax form.

Remember: ur employer's reference and ur proj desc must be detailed enough to convince them with ur professionaism.

我如果没有记错的话，应该至少有4年的工作经验才能qualify for skilled migration的，
如果工科毕业生干了4年月薪还低于1500，那他/她的路也够坎坷了，深表同情并鼓励去跟老板“谈谈心”！

this is a good way i reckon. but you still need to provide income amount in the reference

所以你说的 too low is a problem 也是没有依据的 只是你自己的想法罢了

当然如果你自认为自己的这个想法是事实,是真理  那谁也无法劝慰你

这是移民局的规定  虽然很奇怪 呵呵

Evidence to attach to your application
You must provide evidence of your specific work experience. This could include employment references and duty statements covering the required period. Please note that employment references must:

工资太低是要被怀疑。

坛子里原先有会计类每月挣900多块的人，自己发贴说被移民局好顿调查，说移民局难以置信怎么会挣得这么少？

至于这位楼主最终是否被拒签，我就不得而知了。

月工资1500以上的基本不会引起这种怀疑，恕不将如何得出结论公示出来。

i raised this issue because someone was rejected due to low salary. actually, im reluctant to believe it's true

你姐工作的地方属于政府部门的一部分,那也只有提供了
我以前都是在外企上班,当时申请的时候没有这一条要求呢

怎么说呢

你要知道 提供了太低工资的工作单位 本身更容易有问题  合同没有 保险没有 或者直接就是居民楼里办公

我想 被拒签也是综合因素的结果

2000块也不至于太差  其他证据全的话  我想不用担心吧

你应该是记错了。
175只要求递交申请之前的24个月内有12个月的工作经验：
Recent work experience requirement
To meet the recent work experience requirement, you must demonstrate that you have been employed:

in an occupation listed on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL)
for at least 20 hours a week
in a paid position
for at least 12 of the 24 months immediately before lodging your visa application.

885则根本没有强制要求工作经验。

至于IEA，也没有强制要求工作经验。

那你就一定要找个1500元每月以上的工作，不论你能力再不济，行市在不好，相信在压力下总有解决的办法。

跟地区也有关系。毕业生在北京挣2000不难，但是生活质量还不如在连云港挣1200.

Answer: Nope (for my case).

The following is my own case:
-Positive result from ACS in Aug 2008.
-up to now, ACS still doesn't have any idea about my income.
-My first company is 5-person company, but my second company is a famous company, and the project I have done was a famous project as well (The Au Ministor of Transportation ever paid a visit to my project when I was still in the project), and the project has won a few recognized awards, I did submit one of the certificates.

-As long as ur documents can convince them that u are the "REAL" person who works in the particular area and plays the particular role in the company, that is it!
